Rules and Process for Raffle

Cold Shot Reloading, LLC. will hold the raffle open until the identified slots have been filled. Participants names (First, Last initial) will be filled into the cells appropriately as the entries were received. Once the raffle slots have been filled the results will be posted on the website as well as the company Facebook Page. To ensure that the drawing is truly random Excel will be doing the drawing utilizing the equation on the left.

There are no multipliers in this raffle - 1 purchased slot =’s 1 slot, 7 purchased slots =’s 7 slots. The slots that are sold are sold in a limited quantity to improve the perspective odds of winning.

Raffle winners that are not available to pick up firearms from Cold Shot Reloading, LLC. in person (Plano, TX) will have the firearm in question sent to them with no additional shipping charge. Cold Shot Reloading, LLC. will reach out to the winner with the information provided by the raffle winner at the time of raffle entry. The firearm will then be sent to an authorized FFL holder of your choice. You will be provided with a tracking number once the firearm has been shipped. Once it arrives you will be notified of its arrival. At this point you must follow all State and Federal laws and regulations. It is up to the participant of the raffle to know the State and Federal laws governing there in their perspective state. Cold Shot Reloading, LLC., or GoDaddy Operating Company, LLC. will not/can not be held legally, or financially, responsible for violations to State or Federal laws and regulations in anyway shape or form, by participants who have entered firearm raffle on their own volition.

If for any reason that the firearm needs to be returned to Cold Shot Reloading, LLC. from the receiving FFL holder, Cold Shot Reloading, LLC. will take full possession of the firearm and the winner of the raffle surrenders all legal and fiscal rights and privileges of the firearm in question.

***For example: If you are legally not permitted to own/possess a firearm for whatever reason. You enter the raffle and win, and then are denied the firearm when the FFL holder runs the required ATF Form 4473, the weapon will be returned to Cold Shot Reloading, LLC.
